Order either a Side or Whole Lamb offering the following popular custs included: Leg Roast (bone-in), Loin Chops, Rack, Ribs, Chump Chops, Forequarter Chops, Shanks, Neck and Bones.
If you wish a Whole Lamb cut in a specific way, please order the Custom Whole Lamb (deposit) and we will send you a cut sheet. Lambs are processed on a fortnightly basis.
All cuts are Cryovac and delivered frozen.
Weight: 8-10kg (side) and 16-20kg (whole) based on the individual lamb.
