Each 10kg Lamb Box contains a selection of all the popular cuts that are in a Side of Lamb: Leg Roast (bone-in), Loin Chops, Rack, Ribs, Chump Chops, Forequarter Chops, Shanks, Neck and Bones. In addition, there will be Lamb Mince and our famous Lamb Paleo Sausages included as well.
All cuts are Cryovac and delivered frozen.
