Each box is 1-side of Lamb plus Lamb mince and Lamb sausages. The selection of cuts included in the box are: Forequarter Roast (Bone-In), Leg Roast (Bone-In), Forequarter Chops, Ribs, French Rack, Loin Chops, Shanks, Chump Chops and Neck.
All cuts are Cryovac and delivered frozen.
