Sourced from our friends at 34 Degrees Blue Seafoods in Margaret River, this salmon comes from the northern Pacific Ocean coastlines, predominantly from Alaska down to northern California as well as northern Japan.

 

It has less fat than farmed salmon requiring minimal cooking and is naturally delicious with high Omega-3.
